We are the leading specialist dealer for digital and analog photo and video technology, with seven locations in Germany and 10 branches worldwide.
Pick up at a Calumet store
If you choose to pick up the goods at a store, we will inform you by phone or e-mail as soon as the goods are at the store. This usually takes 24-48 hours, but may take longer in exceptional cases. You will need a valid identity card to pick up the goods.
Delivery within Germany and other EU countries
We deliver every webshop order within Germany from an order value of € 20,- (€ 100,- to other EU countries) free shipping by DHL Standard or also by UPS.
For orders under € 20,- shipping costs of € 4,95 within Germany and € 10,- to other EU countries under € 100,- will be charged.
You can choose how your order reaches you when you place your order. Here you can decide whether you prefer DHL, UPS or a chargeable express delivery (except bulky goods and liquid materials such as photochemistry).
We deliver later: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
Standard delivery | Orders of items in stock that arrive before 3 p.m. CET from Monday to Friday will be shipped on the following weekday at the latest (applies only to DHL and UPS shipments, not to bulky goods and liquid materials such as photochemistry).
Express delivery | Orders for items in stock that arrive before 13:00 CET from Monday to Friday will be delivered the following weekday. Invoice purchase and financing are excluded from this, since due to credit checks, delivery during the following day cannot always be guaranteed. Saturday deliveries are excluded.
Weekend orders | Orders placed after business hours on Friday or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Delivery to a packing station | Goods to be sent to a packing station must not exceed the dimensions 60 x 35 x 35. If you have any questions, please contact our free hotline at 0800 225 86 38.
All orders must be approved by our verification department. If your order is delayed, we will notify you by phone or e-mail.
Important information about international shipping | Calumet is not responsible for any import costs, customs duties or similar charges incurred by shipping across international borders. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Returns within Germany
If you were not satisfied with your order or you imagined the product differently, you can return any webshop order within Germany free of charge and without giving reasons via DHL Standard to us.
Standard-Retouren | Returns arriving from Monday to Friday before 3 p.m. CET will be processed at the latest on the following working day (only applies to DHL shipments that were processed via our returns portal, not for bulky goods and liquid materials such as photochemicals). Returns received after business hours on Friday or on weekends will be processed on the next working day. Processing may take a few days.
